Hi All,
I have a requirement to set additional user status.
As my understanding we can set only one user status related any status profile.
Is there any way to set additional user status.Any help in this regard much appreciated.

What about a generic data source based on a function module. There you select all users, loop over them and call my function module to get the territory. You have have a closer look at my function module, check which table is storing the information about the user-territory-link and create a generic datasource about this table.

No delete button is visible.
So it would require a UI enhancement to make the delete buttons visible.
I noticed I can delete them in SAP GUI in transaction CRMD_ORDER. That's good enough for me as a work-around.

I am not from SAP CRM, but I am using CRM Web UI to maintain Knowledge articles. Now I want to know where in the backend this data is getting saved. Which table ?
Also as this is a standard process introduced in CRM 7.0 . I want to know, if standard bapi/ rfc is available for the same. If yes what is the name .

So maybe the message is different when calling from external client...

Read Access Logging (RAL) for CRM Web UI channel
hi experts,
I am currently working on read access logging and I have encountered some difficulties configuring my recording which is under the CRM Web UI channel.
Below are the steps i have done:
1. create logging purpose
2. create logging domain.
3. create Recording under CRM Web UI channel
4. create Configuration.
4.1 Administration tab->Configuration.This will bring me to the table of existing configurations.
4.2 I select the CRM Web UI channel in the channel DDLB
4.3 Click on create and a screen pops up showing a search page to look for my created recording.
4.4 I put in the name of my created recording but nothing comes up
I have tried to create a Web Dynpro channel recording as well but i was also not able to find it in the search.
I am fairly new to RAL, so does anyone know how i could resolve this issue?

Attachments to incidents/serv requests in CRM - download
I need to download all attachments (to incidensts/Serv requests) for certain range.
Where are attachments stored in CRM? How can I accomplish this task.?
Please just point me to how to determine table entries that can lead to finding the attachments. If I can understand that I am sure I can write a program to do extraction.
I am sure I am not the first person who need to extract attachments from CRM.
Any ideas welcome.

thanks for the anwer, we checked the field "idioma" in field grouping an we had set it as not specified, so we set it to optional entreance,
and we did a new test wihout results,
On the other hand i have new clues,
we did the configuration in two clients 110 and 140 in crm and just one client in R3 (100), inbound idocs in bd87 are getting succesfully in 140 but not in 110,
so we thinks that the problem could be a configuration specific in the client,
next is the control rec. of the idoc in status 51:

Employee not getting created in SAP CRM ?
Hi Experts,
I am trying to create employee in SAP CRM 7.0 in GUI using the T. Code - BP .
But when I want to enter BP Role Standard role Employee(BUP003) was not available under BP Role selection .
I have also checked in IMG --> CAC ---> SAP BP ---> BP ---> Define BP Roles
I have checked the role Employee BUP003 and the hide button is also unchecked in it so that it's not hidden.
How do I create Employee in SAP CRM System ? I also tried by WEB UI but even there I can't create a Employee ?

One reason for this cause could be "Set Up Integration With HR" is active in your system.
If you read the SPRO option :-
CRM-->Master Data-->Business Partner-->Integration Business Partner Employee you will find the below.
: Recommendation
If you have implemented the HR application components in the ERP system, we recommend integrating business partners and the HR application components. In this case, you cannot create business partner master records with the BP role Employee in CRM.
